Remote support for MultiCash clients

From March 2020, the Management Data Praha helpdesk team has been fully supporting clients remotely.

Do you need your employees to be able to work with the MultiCash application from home without any problems, but do you encounter a problem with low speed and longer responses when using a VPN? One possible solution is to use the MultiCash application via remote desktop directly on the computer in your company. This makes it possible to achieve a similar response and comfort of use as in the office.
