TurboFileAct means the SWIFTNET systems isn’t just for financial messaging any more.
If your bank isn’t plugged in to FileAct, it isn’t taking full advantage of its SWIFT connectivity. Whether you need to exchange bulk payments messages, check images, statements, securities information or any other type of sensitive data, TurboFileAct provides a safe and reliable method
to send and receive files of any format over the SWIFT Network.

Whether you need to use manually initiated transfers, straight-through processing or a combination of both, TurboFileAct is a cost effective, out-of-the-box solution.

You may be able to realize significant cost savings on many international transactions using TurboFileAct by bundling together batches of non-urgent FIN messages into a single file. Since any data type is supported, you can also use SWIFT’s standard bulk payment format or your own proprietary format.

TurboFileAct can be integrated with BankServ’s TurboSwift system or operate as a stand-alone application – and it can be set up in ether a licensed software or a service burelu environment. Two versions of TurboFileAct allow for ether full automation or “Lite” installation for institutions that only require manually initiated transfers.

An easy-to-use Graphical User Interface, combined with an automatic error checking and retry mechanism, makes for a high rate of straight-through processing. Its centralized server allows manual transfers to continue without requiring the GUI to be running – a feature not available with other FileAct solutions.
